Watch and Act - Industrial Fire

This Watch & Act message is for Lillimur, Yearinga, Leeor, Lillimur South, Dinyarrak, Kaniva, Yarrock.

There is a rubbish (tipped waste) fire at Whittingham Street, Lillimur.
The fire is emitting toxic smoke.
Local residents within the area are asked to remain inside, close windows and doors and turn off air conditioning units due to toxic smoke.
Do not go outside if you don't have to.
Avoid and keep the area clear as emergency services are responding.
What you should do:
Close all exterior doors and windows. Remain indoors. Close vents and ensure that heating and cooling systems are turned off.
If you are away from home do not return.
Bring your pets indoors.
