for the West Coast, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, Mount Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Kangaroo Island and Lower South East forecast districts

Weather Situation

Hot and dry with strong to locally damaging north to northwesterly winds 40-65 km/h developing during the morning ahead of a milder, gusty west to southwesterly change during the afternoon and evening. Raised dust ahead of and with the change.
For Friday 5 April:

Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following forecast districts:
West Coast, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, Mount Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Kangaroo Island and Lower South East

The Country Fire Service advises you to:

Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.
Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station, www.cfs.sa.gov.au, and www.bom.gov.au.
Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.
